A little about me

My passion for journalism began in eighth grade, when I was randomly placed into a TV production class. The moment I learned the process of producing a broadcast package, something clicked — nothing had ever made as much sense as storytelling.

Above all, I love covering science. Making the complex simple and accessible to a wide audience is an incredibly rewarding process to me. Other pet topics include the visual arts and disadvantaged or marginalized communities. However, the opportunity to cover anything and everything and learn all I can is my "why."

In my spare time, I play video games, read novels and spend time with loved ones. I'd love to connect!
